God made the two great lights -the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night and the stars. God set them in the dome of the sky to give light upon the earth, to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness... "

Mission:

We are orbiting on our tiny blue planet, in the infinity of light and the expanding mass of space. We have only begun our quest to understand and apply the theories of Space, Time, and Travel, and opened the door for our descendants to explore, and discover the unknown. In some small way, I endeavor to honor the spirit of space exploration...'the destiny of humankind.' May my work give but a glimpse of God's Light, and His Creative Genius, as He continues to Create the Heavens in the Stars of interstellar space, (deep space), light-years away. May His Grace, cause you to contemplate your final destiny...

The rush of the 21st century is here. We each have but a moment on our planet. May my work increase your belief that The Divine, Benevolent CREATOR continues to Create, Living, Moving, Guiding, and Loving ALL creatures so that they may know His Peace.

Concept:

Night Sky w/Fiber-Optic Stars Night Floral Abstract w/ Fiber-Optic Fireflies

The ancient medium of encaustic wax collides with the modern technology of Fiber-Optic Light. The origins of the universe, as well as planetary wild floral plant-life are my niche's. We now know each intricately through our observations of real-time images of deep space captured by our modern satellites. Each Night Sky ) Fiber-Optic creates a unique, tactile, and colorful display of the elements of Night Sky. I get a great kick creating first, the finest Night Sky art, and then embedding Fiber-Optic lights as Stars or Fireflies accordingly.

My prints are photographs of original works slightly digitally enhanced with software colors, hues, light, and texture, while maintaining the integrity of the original works. Digital enhancements are not possible without the forging of encaustic wax with fire and steel.

They can be displayed in homes, offices, schools, hospitals, churches, restaurants, clubs, or any space where people would like to "Bring the Night Sky inside!" Enjoy the Stars of the Night Sky, or relive the Fireflies of a the summer's night evening from the comfort and safety of your home.

Fiber Optics:

All works are originally created in the encaustic wax medium. Commissioned works can be requested and created with Fiber Optic light. These panels become unique star fields which project astrological realism. These can be displayed on interior ceilings as deep space skylights, or hung on walls as deep space windows. An AC wall unit or battery circuit provide a source for 'star light' or firefly effects, giving each work realistic depth. Three ways to enjoy: design with out the optic-lights; design with the optic-lights on; finally, when it is DARK with Only the Fireflies or Stars!! Pretty sweet experience!

Also, I only the use the highest quality poly-fiber-optics (non-glass) to give the best source to endpoint light transfer.
